a perfect summer salad

Panera's Strawberry Poppyseed & Chicken inspired me... and this is so quick and delicious. Fresh tossed lettuce piled with strawberries, blueberries, mandarin oranges, pineapple, pecans and chicken (I went the expensive, fast route and bought the bag of pre-cooked, pre-sliced, pre-spiced strips you can simply reheat in 5 minutes). And sprinkle with poppyseed dressing.....
